Open to all Senior and Junior Girls who want to play, and all Senior and Junior Boys who want to cheer!

Registration is $20 and includes team t-shirt and ability to participate.

Registration must be completed and paid by May 7, 2025

By submitting this form, you hereby have REVIEWED and AGREE with the following:

In giving permission for my child to participate in the 2025 Powder Puff game on May 21, 2025, I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Vista Ridge High School and the Leander Independent School district and their staff, parents and volunteers, and any other persons associated with the sponsorship, planning or conducting of this event from all legal responsibility from damages, claims, judgments, or attorney's fees resulting from injuries or accidents or any bodily harm incident to the above named student during practice for or participation in the VRHS Powder Puff football game or related activities.

I agree that there are no medical reasons which prevent the above named student from participating in this event.

I agree there is a current physical form for the above named student on file with VRHS. In case of accident or sudden illness to the above student, and in the event I cannot be contacted by phone, I give permission for my child to receive medical care for any injury or illness.
